Suryah Studio | Oleander Black Zine Fair

Suryah Studio is proud to announce our participation in the upcoming Oleander Black Zine Fair within the 2025 Baltimore Book Festival, thanks to Red Emmas and the Oleander School for Negro Publishers. As many of you know, Suryah Studio had the pleasure of collaborating creatively on this project with a series of other great teachers and artists, and even taught a workshop to the cohort on making paint back in July.

The Studio will be showcasing a wide range of new, naturally dyed soft goods, prints, and zines at this event. Please note that these items are only available in person at our markets or during open studio dates in our physical space.

The fair will be held inside Peabody's Tap Room, located at 401 E. 30th Street. This venue is both wheelchair accessible and features accessible bathrooms and water for visitors who have been outdoors for extended periods.
